For the past 13 years Curt Harlow has served as one of the Senior Pastors of Bayside Church. With 9 campuses (primarily in the Sacramento area) and over 17,000 people in regular attendance Bayside is one of the fastest growing churches on the west coast. Before coming to Bayside Curt spent almost three decades working as a missionary to students attending secular college campuses. His current responsibilities at Bayside include planting the church's newest campus in Auburn, CA. Curt communicates in a hilarious style that will make you laugh hard and then think even harder. Most of all, he will challenge you to find grace inspired ways to apply truth in everyday life. He has been married to Kelly, his graphic designer wife and partner in ministry, for 36 years. They have three adult children.

Dena Davidson loves Jesus. She has the best husband in the world. She’s mom to the cutest kids. She loves her big family more than anything. She has her dream job. She loves learning, reading, the British flag, philosophy, and running charades. She can’t multitask. Her favorite TV show is The West Wing. Her husband takes her on adventures. Officially, she is the Discipleship Director of Thrive College at Bayside Church. Unofficially, her office is a place of laughter, crying, and the peculiar mess of making disciples.

Brannon is a pastor, rapper (Bshortt), candle maker, and community developer. Along with being a Pastor at Bayside Church, Brannon also sits on the board of directors for “Rise Academy Compton” and “The Hollywood Prayer Network”. Brannon’s greatest passions are communicating the message of Jesus, engaging culture, and all things creative. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theological Studies from Bryan College and a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Gateway Seminary. Brannon, along with his wife Casey and dog Gizmo currently reside in Sacramento California. Go Dodgers!

After feeling the call to ministry in his home town, Atlanta, Georgia, Jason embraced the lifelong call to ministry at 20 years old. He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married for nine years and are parents to twins, Joelle and Jason. He has a vision for the future and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo to make things better and has a vision to see the Church on Earth reflect the unity and diversity that will be in heaven. Jason is passionate about embracing technology and seeing the church adapt and improve its reach on people.

Kevin A. Thompson is a husband, father, and Married Life Pastor at Bayside Church in the Greater Sacramento Region. The author of multiple books, including, Friends, Partners & Lovers and Fearless Families. Kevin is passionate about seeing families thrive. Originally from Arkansas, Kevin has been a frequent guest on Focus on the Family, Family Life, and featured in the New York Times. He writes at kevinathompson.com and changetheodds.com. He and his wife, Jenny, along with their two children reside in Auburn, CA.

Mark Clark founded Village Church, a multi-site church with locations in multiple cities across Canada and online around the world, that seeks to reach skeptics and challenge Christians. He is now one of the Senior Lead Pastors at Bayside Church, California. He is the author of The Problem of Jesus (Zondervan, 2021) and The Problem of God (Zondervan, 2017) winner of the 2018 Word Award for Evangelism. His new book, The Problem of Life releases February 2025. He is also the host of The Mark Clark a podcast. He has been the subject of several articles in Christianity Today and Outreach Magazine voted him one of the Top 25 Leaders to Watch. He has three beautiful daughters with his wife, Erin.

Wesley lives in Davis, CA with his wife and chihuahua Lucy. He has planted two churches, both in university cities, and is thankful for the opportunity to pastor and invest in the next generation. Wesley is also the founder of Better Days, an organization seeking to bring hope, awareness, and education to all things mental health + suffering. Better Days helps people, churches and leaders understand the intersection between mental health + suffering, and following Jesus. In his downtime he writes and podcasts on mental health, runs, reads, and enjoys plant-based eating. Most importantly, Wesley is a follower of Jesus, loves people, and feels like God put him on earth to encourage and share hope.
